LED-Magic will provide 1 years warranty for all LED screens components and supplied from the initial delivery date, and additional & chargeable warranty terms can be negotiated during sales. Our warranty is not a service contract, it does not include maintenance, cleaning, or regular inspections.
Maintenance Procedure
Once there is a problem of LED Display:

Check the signal or power of each panel is working well or not.

Take photo or video of the problem.
- Determine if the item is within warranty period. (please check the warranty coverage as below ).

Please send an email to us or contact your sales directly.

If the problem belongs to hardware, send the defective parts to LED Magic

Once we received the defective parts, we will repair it or use new or refurbished parts to replace the defective parts.
Warranty Coverage

The 1-year warranty includes all modules ,cabinets, power supply,cables,fans and control hardware, also free update of the control software. In addition, LED Magic provides additional free spare parts for each order: led modules,power supplies, control cards, cables, and we also provide our suggestions for the quick-wear parts.

Warranty confirmation: the production batch number on the module shows whether the LED display screen is within the 1-year warranty period.
- During the applicable warranty period, we will replace or repair defective parts, but excluding the following situations:
1)Accidental or intentional damage caused by improper user handling and installation;
2Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs；
3Damage caused by power surge, power failure, negligence or misuse；
4)Damage caused by adverse weather conditions such as earthquakes, floods, wind damage, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Transportation & Expenses

If during the warranty period, the user bears the shipping and customs duties for returning to our factory, we will repair or replace the faulty parts free of charge. And we will pay the cost of shipping from our company to your site.
- If out of the warranty period , all transportation and customs fees should be paid by the user, and we will bear the reasonable cost of new or refurbished parts to replace defective parts.

What
format of content can my LED screen play?
All of our LED screens can display text, images, animations, videos, etc. The format of video files is. mp4,. avi,. wmv,. rm or. ram.
How can I change the content on LED display?
Normally,the control system can be connected via mobile WIFI, and content changes can be made through the app. If needed, a signal box can also be installed to remotely control and modify the content via computer software.

What difference is between outdoor and indoor screen?

What is pixel？
"Pixel" is the smallest unit of an image on a display device, with each pixel displaying a certain color and brightness. In an LED screen, pixels are made up of multiple LEDs (such as red, green, and blue), and by adjusting the brightness of these LEDs, different colors can be displayed. The density and size of the pixels directly affect the display quality. The smaller the pixel pitch, the more detailed and clearer the image will be, such P10,P8,P5,P4,P3,P2.
How long is your warranty coverage?
Normally, our warranty period is one year starting from the delivery date indicated on the warranty label. However, depending on the product type selected for different projects, the usage environment, and the scale of the project, we may also negotiate and agree with the customer on the final warranty period.
