LEDVDI will provide 2 years warranty for all LED screens supplied from the initial delivery date, and additional warranty terms can be negotiated during sales. Our warranty is not a service contract, it does not include maintenance, cleaning, or regular inspections.
Maintenance Procedure
Once there is a problem of LED Display:
Check the signal or power of each panel is working well or not.
Take photo or video of the problem.
- Determine if the item is within warranty period. (please check the warranty coverage as below ).
Please send an email to us or contact your sales directly.
If the problem belongs to hardware, send the defective parts to LEDVDI.
Once we received the defective parts, we will repair it or use new or refurbished parts to replace the defective parts.
Warranty Coverage
The 1-year warranty includes all modules ,cabinets, power supply,cables,fans and control hardware, also free update of the control software. In addition, LEDVDI provides additional free spare parts for each order: led modules,power supplies, control cards, cables, and we also provide our suggestions for the quick-wear parts.
Warranty confirmation: the production batch number on the module shows whether the LED display screen is within the 2-year warranty period.
- During the applicable warranty period, we will replace or repair defective parts, but excluding the following situations:
1)Accidental or intentional damage caused by improper user handling and installation;
2Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs；
3Damage caused by power surge, power failure, negligence or misuse；
4)Damage caused by adverse weather conditions such as earthquakes, floods, wind damage, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Transportation & Expenses
If during the warranty period, the user bears the shipping and customs duties for returning to our factory, we will repair or replace the faulty parts free of charge. And we will pay the cost of shipping from our company to your site.
- If out of the warranty period , all transportation and customs fees should be paid by the user, and we will bear the reasonable cost of new or refurbished parts to replace defective parts.

Pre sales：Based on the basic requirements of the client, our expert consultants will provide suggestions in terms of sight distance, application environment, installation methods, usage purposes, etc. to meet the final requirements, and make detailed solutions and quotations;
- In sales：After the order is confirmed, our engineers will provide the customer with structural diagrams, installation diagrams, wiring diagrams, and software operation manuals;

What format of content can my LED screen play?
All of our LED screens can display text, images, animations, videos, etc. The format of video files is. mp4,. avi,. wmv,. rm or. ram.
What kind of software does my LED video wall play with?
Our screen playback software is almost compatible with all video playback and media software, and can flexibly play any content you like. If you have a specific program for displaying content, please tell us .
What is the total thickness of the outdoor LED screen and structure ?
For outdoor LED screen front maintenance, the structure and screen thickness should be within 20cm; For back maintenance, the thickness of the structure and screen should be within 60cm.If vou have know more details, please contact vour sales.
What is the total thickness of the indoor LED screen and structure ?
We usually use front maintenance for indoor led screens, with a total thickness of 10cm for both the structure and screen.
What is synchronous control and asynchronous control?
Synchronous control refers to the consistency between the content displayed on the LED screen and the computer display; Asynchronous control is because the video source is already stored in the sending box or USB drive, so there is no need for computer control.
Do I need a computer to running the led display ?
If you need to frequently change the video source or synchronize the control, we suggest you to use a computer/laptop; If the control room is far away from the screen, we recommend asynchronous control and using USB disk or mobile phones to replace the content.
